Orders & Shipping

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our standard order processing time is 2–5 business days. In rare cases, if an item is out of stock and requires restocking, this may extend to a maximum of 10 business days. On the product page, you also have the option to purchase a "Priority Processing" add-on if you need your order urgently.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide and paid express shipping. Express shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery region and shipping method. Estimated delivery times by region can be found here.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SENT FROM?

Our main warehouse is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We also operate a fulfillment center in Pembroke Park, Florida, USA. Orders are dispatched from either location depending on availability, shipping destination, cost efficiency, and other logistics.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can request to change or cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

Payment & Returns

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error by us.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Approved returns are refunded as store credit to your account balance, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, which are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs for express delivery are non-refundable except in these cases. For more details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please use tracked shipping for returns as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Each product page has a detailed size chart based on body measurements to help you find the best fit despite different sizing standards.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS RUN SMALL OR LARGE?

Sizing may vary. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements.

WHAT IF I'M BETWEEN SIZES?

This often comes down to your preferred fit. If you like a snug, more tailored look, choose the smaller size. If you prefer a relaxed or looser fit, opt for the larger one. When in doubt, feel free to reach out to us for sizing advice!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

Customization is only available for items marked as “Made to Order” or with a customization option. Otherwise, items are produced in standard sizes without modifications.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our garments are primarily made in Ukraine, using high-quality fabrics sourced mainly from Turkey. We collaborate with local sewing workshops that focus on limited production runs rather than mass manufacturing. This allows us to maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in every piece.
