All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. While most orders are processed within this timeframe, some items may require up to 7–10 business days for processing, particularly made-to-order products or during periods of exceptionally high demand. In rare cases, unforeseen manufacturing or supply chain disruptions may also result in additional processing time.

📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
🚫 Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
