🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.  While most orders are processed within this timeframe, some items may require up to 7–10 business days for processing, particularly made-to-order products or during periods of exceptionally high demand. In rare cases, unforeseen manufacturing or supply chain disruptions may also result in additional processing time.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days)

  • Express Shipping (5–8 business days)

We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any import fees, VAT, or customs charges are paid by the customer upon delivery. We do not charge import taxes at checkout.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days)

  • Express Shipping (5–8 business days)

Note: The UK may impose VAT and customs fees at the time of delivery. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or customs delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@styleandtrends.net within 7 days of the (expected) delivery date.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
