Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the return guidelines below.


Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized products


💳 Store Credit Refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit, which is added directly to your customer account. This balance can be used for any future purchases in our store and does not expire. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Exceptions: If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, you may request a refund to the original payment method.


📦 How to Start a Return

You can easily request a return by selecting "Return Request" on the order history page in your account. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not liable for lost packages.


🚚 Original shipping Fees

  • Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and use that credit to place a new order.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested during this window are guaranteed.

After 2 hours, your order may have already been processed or sent into production, and we may not be able to stop it. In such cases, standard return procedures will apply once the order is delivered.
