• Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in the original product packaging (e.g., branded bags, boxes, or garment sleeves).

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return label.

• Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue a store credit or process an exchange upon request.

• Standard processing time is typically 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders are handled in the order they are received.

• With Priority Processing, your order is moved to the top of the queue and typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• If we are unable to fulfill your order within this expedited timeframe — for example, due to low stock or made-to-order items — we will notify you and offer a full refund of the service fee or a full order cancellation, per your preference.

Shipping Protection – Loss, Theft, Damage

Protect your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit. This service ensures that you are covered for the full value of your package should anything go wrong during shipping. Key Details:

• Lost Packages:
  If your package shows no tracking movement for 7 or more business days, contact us — but no later than 30 days after the last tracking update. We’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. You won’t need to file a claim yourself.

• Stolen Packages:
  If tracking shows the package as delivered (but not handed over in person) and you haven’t received it, notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. For packages valued over $100, a police report may be required.

• Damaged Packages:
  If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 10 days and include clear photo or video evidence of the damage and packaging.
