  If your package shows no tracking movement for 7 or more business days, contact us — but no later than 30 days after the last tracking update. We’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. You won’t need to file a claim yourself.

  If tracking shows the package as delivered (but not handed over in person) and you haven’t received it, notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. For packages valued over $100, a police report may be required.

• Damaged Packages:
