Lost Packages:
If your package shows no tracking movement for 7 or more business days, contact us — but no later than 30 days after the last tracking update. We’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. You won’t need to file a claim yourself. -

If tracking shows the package as delivered (but not handed over in person) and you haven’t received it, notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. For packages valued over $100, a police report may be required. -
Damaged Packages:
